Where is Angela Pilgrim Based? 
All products are handmade with love and shipped from New Jersey.
 
What is your store's exchange/ return policy?
Due to the custom handmade merch there are  NO REFUNDS or exchanges on our items.
 
All sales are final. 
Please note there may be slight variations in pattern placement/color. That's what makes them unique! If your item does not fit, please feel free to resell or gift them. There are NO exceptions. 
 
How does your clothing fit?
We run true to size. It is best to refer to the sizing chart for more accurate measurement and fit. 
 
How long till my order is shipped?
Head Wraps: Please allow 4-6 weeks before your order ships. (Excluding U.S observed holidays) This means it may take 6 weeks before your order ships. 
Crop Tops, prints and other apparel: Please allow 7 days for your item to ship.
 
Do you ship internationally? 
Not currently, but working on it!
 
How do you ship USA orders? Will I be notified my order has shipped?
We ship to the address provided via Swipe. Once you check out and submit order, I CANNOT change your address. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.
Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking. Once shipped, you will get an automatic email through Fruishun, alongside tracking number to anticipate such package..

 


 
Shipping Disclaimer: This shop is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking. What you see on their site is what I see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. 
 
Can I rush my order?
We do not have a "RUSH MY ORDER" option at this time 
 
Can I cancel an order?
If your would like to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 48 hours of placing your order, otherwise the handmade process has begun. Please note that these are FINAL SALE which means NO returns or exchanges. It is best to gift/or resell.
 
My package says "delivered" but I never received my item, what should I do?
If your tracking says delivered, and you have no item, you must call USPS. Once item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible. If your item has not moved within 30 days of issue date, we will offer an exchange for the item.
 
How do I care for my item?
All headwraps (excluding shirts) must be HAND WASHED AND LAYED FLAT TO DRY. Our pieces are made by hand and must be handled with care.
 
I sent an email, how long does it take to get a response?
We do our best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 48 hrs turn around time for a reply. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays during normal business hours.

Head Wraps and Tees:

Care:

Machine wash/Hand wash cold with like colors 

Mild Soap, low heat

Wearable Tattoos:


Application:
Choose the area of skin on which you want to place the tattoo. Flat areas without body hair that do not fold, stretch or rub against clothing are best.
Thoroughly clean skin of any dirt and oil. A cotton pad with rubbing alcohol works well for this. Make sure skin is dry before applying the tattoo.
With the cover sheet still on, cut out your tattoo as close to the edge of the image as possible.
peel the white cover paper off your tattoo, revealing the sticky surface. Try not to touch the sticky part.
Place your tat sticky-side-down on your skin.
With a warm, damp washcloth, hold it firmly against your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, or until the backing paper is fully soaked and semi-transparent.
Slide the backing paper off the tattoo and remove. Allow it to dry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Voila!
Care for your tattoo:
With proper application (placed in a location where it will not be in contact with anything except your skin), the image can maintain a high level of quality for 2 to 5 days. 
Removal:
Remove your tattoo with isopropyl rubbing alcohol and a cotton pad.
